The recent work load has included research into a multi-function controller using the PIC16F884.
The intention is to use this for the research and development of energy harvesting from the natural envioriment. The equipment will
be sampling the voltage and current capabilties of solar and wind power. Hopefully stategies can be evolved for the optimal charging
batteries and other uses.
Setting up systems on the bench for calibration of voltage can be tedious and more so for current. The 5101B was purchased and
subsequently repaired to make this task easier.
Although it,s upper current limit is 1.9999Amp ( not sufficient for use intended. It could be used in the voltage mode to drive a
transconductance amplifier which will be the next acquisition;
